Configuration Management Specialist Lead:Will review the Freedom Center Remedy CMDB (Configuration DB) to determine how to effectively leverage it. Will evaluate existing CM SOP's and establish new SOP's as necessary. Needs good writing skills, in depth knowledge of IT CM, familiarity with Remedy CM tools or equivalent product CM tools.
